White labeling means you rebrand PilotPoster as your own product. Your customers see your brand name, your logo, and your domain. It is your SaaS, sold under your name, running on our platform.
Do I need technical skills to run a white label?
No. We handle all the technical work: hosting, updates, bug fixes, server maintenance, and more. You focus entirely on marketing and selling. If you can send emails and post on social media, you can run a white label business.
How much can I charge my customers?
You set your own prices. Many white label partners charge $49–$99 per month per customer. Around 20–25 customers at those rates covers the monthly fee and puts you in profit, and some partners charge more by bundling it with other services.
What's included in the setup fee?
The $7,999 setup fee covers complete branding customization (your logo, colors, name), custom domain setup, dedicated white label infrastructure, initial configuration, and onboarding support to get you started.
What does the monthly fee cover?
The monthly fee ($1,499/month for most use cases) covers server hosting and infrastructure, automatic updates and new features, ongoing maintenance and security, technical support for your platform, and unlimited scaling capacity.

How long does setup take?
Typically 5–7 business days from when you provide all branding materials. We keep you updated throughout and provide a preview before going live.
Is there a minimum contract period?
We recommend at least 6 months to give your business time to grow, but there is no long-term lock-in. The monthly fee is billed monthly and you can discuss changes anytime.
