Terms of Service

Welcome to PilotPoster ("PilotPoster", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, SaaS platform, and Chrome extension (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using PilotPoster, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About PilotPoster

PilotPoster is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users create, schedule, and publish posts to Facebook Groups. The Service may include a web-based dashboard, automation and scheduling tools, and a Chrome browser extension used to assist posting.

Note: PilotPoster is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and comply with all applicable laws and platform policies. By using PilotPoster, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and ensuring your information is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use PilotPoster to: violate Facebook's Terms, Community Standards, or Group rules; spam, harass, deceive, or mislead others; post illegal, harmful, hateful, or abusive content; engage in phishing, scams, or fraudulent activity; attempt to bypass platform safeguards or detection systems; or reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

5. Facebook & Third-Party Platforms

PilotPoster operates independently of Facebook and other third-party platforms. You acknowledge that Facebook may change its policies at any time; that your account, posts, or access may be restricted by Facebook; and that PilotPoster is not responsible for bans, restrictions, or penalties imposed by third parties. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

6. Chrome Extension

Our Chrome extension is provided to assist with posting and automation. You agree that the extension interacts with web pages based on your actions, that updates may be pushed automatically, and that we may modify or discontinue extension features at any time. You must use the extension in compliance with Chrome Web Store policies.

7. Subscription, Billing & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that fees are billed in advance, prices may change with prior notice, and failure to pay may result in suspension or termination. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

8. White Label Program

PilotPoster offers an optional White Label program in which we provide a dedicated, rebranded instance of the Service that you may market and sell to your own customers under your own brand. If you enroll in the White Label program, the following terms apply in addition to the rest of these Terms. Where there is any conflict, this section governs for White Label partners.

8.1 Fees

The White Label program consists of a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly platform fee, in the amounts quoted to you at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance and are due before the corresponding service is provided or continued. All White Label fees are non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy.

8.2 Pricing Is Subject to Change

We may set, change, increase, or restructure White Label pricing, including the setup fee, the monthly platform fee, any usage-based charges, and any add-on fees, at any time and at our sole discretion. Any price we quote, offer, advertise, or agree to (including promotional, introductory, discounted, or "locked-in" rates) applies only to the specific billing period for which it is offered and does not create any obligation, guarantee, or entitlement to that price for any future period.

By way of example, a monthly platform fee offered at one rate as part of an introductory or promotional offer may be increased for subsequent billing periods. You acknowledge and agree that no such offer constitutes a fixed, guaranteed, or perpetual price, and that we are under no obligation to honor any previously offered or quoted rate.

8.3 Notice and Acceptance of Price Changes

Where we increase a recurring fee, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the White Label service, or payment of an invoice reflecting updated pricing, constitutes your acceptance of the new fees. If you do not accept a price change, your sole remedy is to cancel the White Label service before the change takes effect, subject to any applicable minimum term. Unpaid fees may result in suspension or termination of your White Label instance.

8.4 Your Pricing to Your Customers

You are solely responsible for the prices you charge your own customers and for all agreements between you and them. Our pricing, and any change to it, is independent of the prices you set. A change to our fees does not obligate us with respect to, and we are not a party to, any contract, promise, or pricing you offer your customers.

8.5 Branding, Reservation of Rights & Discontinuation

The White Label instance, including all underlying software, infrastructure, and features, remains owned by or licensed to PilotPoster. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use and resell access under your brand for the duration of your subscription. We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue White Label features or the program itself, and we reserve the right to decline or terminate any White Label arrangement, at our discretion and in accordance with these Terms.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: a 7-day refund is available for first-time purchases only, and eligibility is determined solely under that policy. White Label fees are non-refundable, as noted above and in that policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials provided by PilotPoster are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Service, or use our branding without written permission. You retain ownership of the content you create and post using the Service.

11. Data & Privacy

Your use of PilotPoster is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data. We collect and process information only as necessary to operate the Service.

12. Service Availability & Changes

We strive for reliability, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change, be added, or removed at any time. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or feature changes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PilotPoster shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, revenue, or business, or account bans or restrictions by Facebook or other platforms. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PilotPoster harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, your content or postings, or your violation of these Terms or third-party policies.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, for misuse, abuse, or legal risk, or at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
