How the PilotPoster Team writes
Every guide on this site is written by the PilotPoster Team: the people who build, support and use PilotPoster every day. We have helped businesses market in Facebook groups since 2020, and we write from that hands-on work.
Who writes our guides
Posts are bylined "PilotPoster Team" because each one is a shared effort. Product engineers check every technical claim, support staff bring the questions customers actually ask, and the marketing team writes and edits. Nothing is published until someone who works with Facebook groups daily has reviewed it.
How we research
- Real workflows first. Step-by-step instructions are tested in a live Facebook account before they go up, and we note when Facebook's interface changes.
- Sourced numbers. Every statistic links to its original source, with the date it was published. Where we show our own example math, we label it as an example.
- No invented proof. Customer stories and ratings on this site are real and verifiable. We never publish made-up testimonials, results or review counts.
How we mention PilotPoster
Our guides teach the method first, so they are useful whether or not you use our software. When PilotPoster genuinely helps with a step, we say so once and explain what it does. Comparison pages describe other tools from their own public documentation and pricing pages, checked on the date shown.
How we keep content current
Facebook changes often. We review our most-read guides regularly and update them when features, limits or prices change. Every post shows the date it was last updated, and that date only changes when the content does.
