Autopost
Autopost anything you publish to Facebook groups
Connect a feed or a Facebook Page once, and PilotPoster shares each new post, product, video or episode to the Facebook groups you choose. Pick your source below for its exact feed URL and a step-by-step setup.
How do I autopost to Facebook groups?
Paste your source’s RSS or Atom feed URL, or your Facebook Page URL, into a new RSS campaign in PilotPoster and pick a saved group list. PilotPoster checks feeds every 5 minutes and shares each new item to your groups one at a time, from your own Chrome browser, with the gap you set between groups.

How feed autoposting works
Most platforms publish a feed: a machine-readable list of your newest items, with the newest at the top. RSS autoposting watches that list. Every 5 minutes PilotPoster checks it, and when a new item lands on top, it shares that item to each group in your saved group list, one at a time, with the gap you chose between groups. Each share is recorded in your RSS Logs, and Safety Autopilot limits apply to feed posts the same as to your regular campaigns. A Facebook Page works a little differently: the Chrome extension watches the Page and reposts each new post’s text, images and videos.
Feeds for new content, campaigns for everything else
A feed is perfect for fresh content: it goes out the moment you publish, with no extra work. For your best evergreen posts and offers, run a recurring campaign next to it, with spintax or an AI rewrite so each group gets its own wording, and your link in the first comment. Together they keep your groups seeing something new and useful from you every week. For video creators, our guide to promoting a YouTube channel on Facebook puts the two side by side.
What can I autopost to Facebook groups?
Anything with a standard RSS or Atom feed: WordPress, Ghost, Blogger, Squarespace and Wix blogs, Substack and Medium, YouTube channels, podcasts, Shopify collections and Etsy shops. You can also connect a Facebook Page, and PilotPoster reposts each new Page post with its photos and videos.
How often does PilotPoster check my feed?
Every 5 minutes. When a new item appears at the top of the feed, PilotPoster shares it to the groups in your saved list, one group at a time, with the gap you set between each, anywhere from 5 minutes to 6 hours.
What does an autoposted item look like in a group?
For a feed, it is the item title followed by its link, and Facebook usually adds a preview card. Turn on Include Description to put the link first with the item’s description underneath. For a Facebook Page, the post text and media are posted as a fresh group post.
Will connecting a feed post my old content?
No. PilotPoster starts from the newest item in the feed when you connect it and only shares items published after that. To bring older posts back into your groups, schedule them as recurring posts with a unique version for each group.
Is RSS autoposting included in PilotPoster?
Yes. RSS and Facebook Page autoposting are part of PilotPoster Pro, at $47 a month or $390 a year. Start with a 1-day trial for $0, and every plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Every posting, safety and reporting feature is included.
