Recurring Subscriptions & Renewals

PilotPoster subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Payments made for:

  • Subscription renewals
  • Plan extensions or upgrades
  • Continued use of the Service beyond the initial refund window

are not eligible for refunds.

Tip: Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and canceling prior to renewal if they no longer wish to continue.
