Welcome to PilotPoster ("PilotPoster", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, SaaS platform, and Chrome extension (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using PilotPoster, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

About PilotPoster

PilotPoster is a software-as-a-service platform that helps users create, schedule, and publish posts to Facebook Groups. The Service may include:

  • A web-based dashboard
  • Automation and scheduling tools
  • A Chrome browser extension used to assist posting

Note: PilotPoster is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook.

Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

By using PilotPoster, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your information is accurate and up to date

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use PilotPoster to:

  • Violate Facebook's Terms, Community Standards, or Group rules
  • Spam, harass, deceive, or mislead others
  • Post illegal, harmful, hateful, or abusive content
  • Engage in phishing, scams, or fraudulent activity
  • Attempt to bypass platform safeguards or detection systems
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service

⚠️ Warning: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

Facebook & Third-Party Platforms

PilotPoster operates independently of Facebook and other third-party platforms. You acknowledge that:

  • Facebook may change its policies at any time
  • Your account, posts, or access may be restricted by Facebook
  • PilotPoster is not responsible for bans, restrictions, or penalties imposed by third parties

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Chrome Extension

Our Chrome extension is provided to assist with posting and automation. You agree that:

  • The extension interacts with web pages based on your actions
  • Updates may be pushed automatically
  • We may modify or discontinue extension features at any time

You must use the extension in compliance with Chrome Web Store policies.

Subscription, Billing & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Fees are billed in advance
  • Prices may change with prior notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business
  • Account bans or restrictions by Facebook or other platforms

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold PilotPoster harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your content or postings
  • Your violation of these Terms or third-party policies

Termination
