Can Vista Social post to Facebook groups?
Not automatically. As of October 2026, Vista Social's help center says group posts can only go out as reminder notifications that a team member publishes by hand. PilotPoster posts to every group you have joined for you, from your own browser, with a unique version for each group.
How does Vista Social handle Facebook groups?
Vista Social publishes to Pages through Meta's API. For groups and personal profiles it sends a reminder to a phone, and someone finishes the post by hand. See Vista Social help: auto publishing vs reminders. PilotPoster does the posting, then logs what went out in every group.
What does PilotPoster do that Vista Social can't?
- Posts for you to every group you've joined as a member, plus your profile and groups as your Page
- Gives each group its own wording with spintax or AI rewrite
- Adds your link as the first comment, so the post itself stays clean
- Plain-language logs show every group a post reached, and follow-ups reach only the groups that missed
- Group intelligence and outcome tracking show which groups bring clicks and customers
- Safety Autopilot paces campaigns, sets posting limits and pauses groups that keep failing

PilotPoster Pro is $47 a month for unlimited groups, or $390 billed yearly. As of October 2026, Vista Social's Professional plan is listed at $99 a month, or $950 billed yearly. Check Vista Social's site for current pricing.
